Releasing the Power of God in you!

On October 2016, that morning as I was praying according to that which the Holy Spirit is showing me to pray, the Holy Spirit said to me: “You must say what you say with intention!”

I realized that I was already praying according to ‘words of knowledge’ that the Holy Spirit was showing me, but that I was praying very casually!

Then the Lord revealed something awesome to me!!! We need to place authority behind the words we speak, by speaking with intention, because they have power!

Then the Holy Spirit said to me: “You already know that I have given you a ‘word of knowledge’ (1 Cor 12:8) and that I am speaking to you and therefore you have a rhema word, NOW speak it with intention and authority!”

What is Rhema Word? It can come in two forms: One speaking or proclaiming the LOGOS word of God (John 1:1) or the TRUTH of the scriptures and two speaking according to prophecy or word of knowledge given to you! Rhema word is the living word (Matt 4:4) or when the Word in you becomes ALIVE and POWERFUL! (Heb 4:12) This is when the Word of God becomes a SWORD in the Spirit! This is the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT! (Eph 6:17)

The EVERY LOGOS or written Word of God (John 1:1) has inherent power (1 Thess 1:5) when spoken with intention or faith from our mouths. We have the SAME capability to SPEAK things into existence LIKE GOD (Rom 4:17), because we SPEAK FROM and THROUGH the SAME SPIRIT of God in us! Therefore the scriptures says: LIFE and death is in the power of the tongue! (Prov 18:21)

Jesus told His disciples: “The Words I am speaking to you ARE SPIRIT and they ARE LIFE! (John 6:63) The Word of God has CREATIVE LIFE and POWER in it! When we use the Word of God flippantly we do NOT recognize the INTENSE POWER of God’s WORD! (Matt 12:36) God’s WORD is unchangeable and POWERFUL! (Heb 4:12) God’s WORD is also settled in heaven and in His heart! (Ps 119:89) The great question is whether we realize HIS WORD is so powerful! God might know it in heaven, but if you DO NOT know it in your heart you will NOT have the SAME authority a GOD in HEAVEN here on earth!

In every aspect that we are ignorant of the LOVE and POWER of God we will be powerless against the devil’s attacks (Act 10:38 & 1 John 3:8) and feel like we have been left open to the elements of attack against us!

Then the Holy Spirit showed me something awesome! Jesus once said to His disciples: Mar 11:23 Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain: “Be lifted up and thrown into the sea!” And does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him!

Then the Holy Spirit showed me that when we speak with intention, knowing that God love us and has paid the price and that the WORD of God has POWER, and therefore speak with authority, then we CAN NOT doubt in our hearts, BECAUSE we SAY or SPEAK with power and FROM a place of POWER and victory!

We must remember the Spirit that God HAS given us is a spirit of LOVE and POWER and is NOT weak. (2Tim 1:7) If we do NOT see results and after having said all the right words it does NOT mean God is powerless, but it only means that that same WORD in us do not yet the SAME meaning and impact and POWER in us as it had in Jesus Christ! For when the Word of God goes out of His mouth in NEVER returns void of impact and ALWAYS accomplish that for which it was sent! (Isa 55:11)
