A Stern Warning Against Experiencing Revival:

A stern warning to the church of Jesus Christ and those who divide themselves by NAME or denominations! If this writing offends you, you have already been sifted!

Something the Holy Spirit told me this morning, in view of that which God, IN CHRIST JESUS, plans for South Africa and for HIS CHURCH, regards the coming REVIVAL that WILL come to pass through individuals and ministers and ‘gifts’ who have NO MAN MADE AUTHORITY, who are willing and obedient and filled with the Holy Spirit!

Each one of us has something we MUST offer to the body of Christ. We are ALL part of the church of Jesus Christ. Each of us has a very specific calling and purpose, which the other parts of the body urgently needs. When we need something we lack something that we can’t get by ourselves. If we fail to recognize that we NEED something and think we have arrived and has to nothing to learn from those ‘gifts’ which God, through CHRIST’s, ascension had given to us, we are to be pitied and will have no one to blame accept ourselves.

Jesus said something very profound that the body of Christ MUST learn to recognize and acknowledge: Mat 10:40 He who receives and welcomes and accepts you receives and welcomes and accepts Me, and he who receives and welcomes and accepts Me receives and welcomes and accepts Him Who sent Me. 41 He who receives and welcomes and accepts a prophet because he is a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward, and he who receives and welcomes and accepts a righteous man because he is a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward. 42 And whoever gives to one of these little ones [in rank or influence] even a cup of cold water because he is My disciple, surely I declare to you, he shall not lose his reward.

When we welcome some one whom Jesus has sent, we welcome the Son and the Father, who sent them. When we welcome a ‘prophet’ because he is a ‘prophet’, we will get a ‘prophet’s reward’! What does that mean? What is a prophet’s reward? When a person functions as a prophet, that person has a revelation of Jesus Christ and knows God in a more personal and more intimate way than most. When such a person comes to us, sent from God, having a revelation from God, wanting to transfer their message and or ability over to those who are willing to listen, then those who accept that this person who DOES have a revelation from God, accepting the very purpose WHY God has sent that person! Then they will ALSO receive the same revelation as the prophet. And if they are faithful with that same truth which the prophet or ‘gift’ has been given and were faithful with, they also will be able to abide and walk in the same ability or gift of the Holy Spirit as the prophet DOES. They will receive a prophet’s reward!

Jesus goes that far, that He says, if you EVEN receive a person as a disciple, because he IS a disciple of Jesus Christ, you will NOT loose your reward! Jesus calls this disciple a LITTLE ONE! Why dies HE call him a little one? Because he is LITTLE in the eyes of those around him. There is a reward in receiving a brother disciple and follower of Jesus Christ, who seems to have NO AUTHORITY! We MUST treat EVERY believing brother or sister as if they were JESUS CHRIST, for CHRIST dwells in THEM!

God has given us ‘gifts’ to HELP the body to operate in the fullness of a mature son of God! When we separate ourselves from one another, we are divided and the body of Christ HURTS and LACKS another part that is NOT helping to bring the body of Christ to its fullness in Christ Jesus! When God sends such a PART, we must not be blind and in our ignorance dismiss or underestimate that part, which God wants to send us!

The kind of separations that the church of Jesus Christ currently experience and the reason the body of Christ has NOT been able to reach it FULL POTENTIAL is due to the separations, because of denominations and churches each one dividing, because of a different interpretations and experiences of the Word of God. This attitude of separation is immaturity in the eyes of God, according to the apostle Paul:

1Cor 3:1 “HOWEVER, BRETHREN, I could not talk to you as to spiritual [men], but as to nonspiritual [men of the flesh, in whom the carnal nature predominates], as to mere infants [in the new life] in Christ [unable to talk yet!] 2 I fed you with milk, not solid food, for you were not yet strong enough [to be ready for it]; but even yet you are not strong enough [to be ready for it], 3 for you are still [unspiritual, having the nature] of the flesh [under the control of ordinary impulses]. For as long as [there are] envying and jealousy and wrangling and factions among you, are you not unspiritual and of the flesh, behaving yourselves after a human standard and like mere (unchanged) men?”

Paul said that these people who have FACTIONS among themselves were babies and were immature Christians. He said they were actually UNSPIRITUAL! Why did Paul say this about these believers? What did Paul mean by saying they have FACTIONS among themselves? What caused these factions? Envy, jealousy and wrangling! Why did Paul say that these people were acting according to the old unrenewed man of the flesh! They lived and acted like unsaved worldly and fleshly people!

Let’s continue: 4 “For when one says, I belong to Paul, and another, I belong to Apollos, are you not [proving yourselves] ordinary (unchanged) men? 5 What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Ministering servants [not heads of parties] through whom you believed, even as the Lord appointed to each his task: 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God [all the while] was making it grow and [He] gave the increase. 7 So neither he who plants is anything nor he who waters, but [only] God Who makes it grow and become greater. 8 He who plants and he who waters are equal (one in aim, of the same importance and esteem), yet each shall receive his own reward (wages), according to his own labor. 9 For we are fellow workmen (joint promoters, laborers together) with and for God; you are God's garden and vineyard and field under cultivation, [you are] God's building.”

God, in His wisdom, has GIVEN to EACH part of the body another piece of the puzzle: 2Pet 1:20 “[Yet] first [you must] understand this, that no prophecy of Scripture is [a matter] of any personal or private or special interpretation (loosening, solving). 21 For no prophecy ever originated because some man willed it [to do so--it never came by human impulse], but men spoke from God who were borne along (moved and impelled) by the Holy Spirit.” What if God sends a man / woman to you, who are moved by the Holy Spirit, to bring you needed revelation and you shun them, would you not shun God’s mercy and also cut of your ability to put together the puzzle and restore the church of Jesus Christ to its former glory?

As long as we separate ourselves by names of ministries and churches we will be UNABLE to put together the ENTIRE puzzle!

Let’s STOP allowing ourselves to be divided by NAMES! One says: “I follow Luther!” Another says: “I follow John Wesley!” And even another: “I follow John G. Lake or one of those men of women whom God has sent to HELP restore HIS CHURCH! The Church of Jesus Christ belong to no one! It belongs to the ONE who paid for it and gave HIS LIFE for it: JESUS CHRIST!

How sad it will be, when one day, we come to heaven and find out we have judged one another and so missed the FULL PLAN and PURPOSE of God to mature and bring HIS BODY and CHURCH to its fullness. Even worse, when we think we have had such a great ministry or such a great church, only to find out IT NEVER BELONGED to us!

So many pastors, teachers and church leaders and their people act as if some church or ministry are their KINGDOM existing only for their benefit and to their advantage. With a great shock many will find out they were ONLY unfaithful stewards and have treated their Master’s house and His people as if it belonged to them and were only there to their own advantage.

Jesus will soon come and judge what each pastor and minister or apostle or prophet or teacher or evangelist has done with the task with which He had entrusted them and He will judge the very ATTITUDE with which you treated others and those whom God had entrusted to you!

The ATTITUDE of your heart becomes especially clear the moment you are given a position of responsibility or authority on earth. The way you act around other ‘so called’ positions of authority in the kingdom and around other persons with ‘so called’ gifts, will show the way that you REALLY think in your heart! Can you very honestly say that you ARE willing to LET GO OF YOUR NAME of your denomination and just SERVE JESUS UNCONDITIONALLY? Are you so afraid some little disciple or young immature Christian brother or even another person who have a different revelation of Jesus Christ and a different gift then you, that you feel THREATENED by their ministry or church or gift, and that you are envious or even jealous, and even worse condemn them as importers and NOT servants of Jesus Christ, sent from GOD! Be very careful that you do not in doing this, in your ignorance, caused by your arrogance, reject JESUS CHRIST when HE comes to you in your brother or sister when you do not expect it!

Personally I have learnt to listen to those whom others consider younger Christians who have NO MAN MADE AUTHORITY! It is through them that JESUS most often has chosen to speak to me! It was those who have ‘so called’ authority that have been UNABLE to learn from me or listen to what God had told me to say to them. I have had pastors and ministers from LARGE INTERNATIONAL ministries shrug me off as an irritation! They were abrupt, rood and dishonoring toward me, when I came up to them, NOT KNOWING whom they rejected!

I have wept often, realizing how blind and arrogant people are who THINK THEY ARE SOMETHING when they are ONLY MERE SERVANTS in JESUS’ KINGDOM. That ministry and kingdom does NOT BELONG TO YOU!

This is what Paul warned those leaders and people in the Corinthian church against: 1Cor 4:7 For who separates you from the others [as a faction leader]? [Who makes you superior and sets you apart from another, giving you the preeminence?] What have you that was not given to you? If then you received it [from someone], why do you boast as if you had not received [but had gained it by your own efforts]? 8 [You behave as if] you are already filled and think you have enough [you are full and content, feeling no need of anything more]! Already you have become rich [in spiritual gifts and graces]! [Without any counsel or instruction from us, in your conceit], you have ascended your thrones and come into your kingdom without including us! And would that it were true and that you did reign, so that we might be sharing the kingdom with you!

In conclusion, I want to warn of a very grave mistake all makes, who separate themselves and see themselves as superior in their own sight due to man made authority, through some name of a church or denomination, rejecting those ‘simple ones’ whom God sends them, as Paul said: “Rom 14:4 Who are you to pass judgment on and censure another's household servant? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he shall stand and be upheld, for the Master (the Lord) is mighty to support him and make him stand.

These men and woman, with seemingly NO AUTHORITY are sent from God and are Jesus’ servants! Do not make the mistake of judging JESUS’ SERVANTS and so reject HIM as your MASTER and LORD!

A very small remnant does however exist, that according to the prophet Isaiah have: “…no strange and alien god among you…” These will be USED and will be HIS WITNESSES in this coming REVIVAL and: “…therefore you are My witnesses, says the Lord, that I am God.”

This REVIVAL will cause the words of the prophet Isaiah to come to pass, as was prophesied: Isa 30:22 Then you will defile your carved images overlaid with silver and your molten images plated with gold (idols); you will cast them away as a filthy bloodstained cloth, and you will say to them, Be gone!

When people, both positions of man made authority and ‘so called leaders’ of churches and denominations starts to listen those whom the Lord Jesus Christ sends them, they also will be used by God as part of, and will also see this coming REVIVAL in their lives and among their congregations. It was revealed by the prophet Isaiah, why a day would come, when men would cast away their idols, as was prophesied: 21 “And your ears will hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way; walk in it, when you turn to the right hand and when you turn to the left.” And 23 “Then will He give you rain for the seed with which you sow the soil, and bread grain from the produce of the ground, and it will be rich and plentiful. In that day your cattle will feed in large pastures.” People will cast away their idols, when they realize that they have a powerless religion, compared to those who live in the power and the blessing of God, upon their lives. The idols which all Christians will cast away is the fact that they allowed separation among themselves by NAMES of ministries and DENOMINATIONS! This is idolatry in the sight of God!

ONCE, when we listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and those simple men whom God send us and let go of our idolatry, and let go of all our traditions and false interpretations of the word of God, which has made our religion powerless, we will see the power of God return to His church. Then they will unconditionally follow Jesus Christ alone and then God will be able to give HIS GLORY to HIS CHURCH, in their lives, as God the Father revealed to the prophet Isaiah: Isa 48:10 Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tried you in the furnace of affliction. 11 For my own sake, for my own sake, I do it, for how should my name be profaned? My glory I will not give to another. 12 "Listen to me, O Jacob, and Israel, whom I called! I am he; I am the first, and I am the last.

Only Jesus Christ is the Alpha and the Omega, and Only He MUST be worshiped and revered, NOT our kingdoms, our ministries, our churches or our religious institutions!

With sincere love from the Holy Spirit, who has set us apart and from Jesus Christ, to all who who gave up their lives for Jesus Christ, giving up ALL their rights, and all their worldly ambitions to build their own empire and kingdom, so that He can be ALL in all! To the Glory of God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ!

Rev 3:18 "I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. 19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. 21 The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”
