The Light Beam of God’s Power and Glory

The Beam of God’s POWER and Glory appeared to me

After a very awesome meeting in the Presence of God one night, I returned home in great zeal and hunger for more of God. I was unable to go sleep so I went to praise and worship and pray in the middle of the night at a nearby park. As I entered the park I asked God a very strange question? I had developed a strong spirit if discernment, which was accompanied by a strong gift of discernment of spirits. Even in spite of this powerful gift, which God had granted me, I still knew that the gift was only partial and in part and I desired to walk and live in the fullness of God.

Without having planned it – I took a step forward, as if to walk through the veil of separation, into the fullness. As I did this, suddenly the power of God fell around me like a beam of Light of power and glory. I could tangibly experience the power of God like electricity all around me. I was surrounded by a powerful beam of power. In awe and in amazement I turned around in the beam, with my fingers experiencing the glory of God all around me.

Then I said to the Lord: “Lord this is your power!” Then the Lord answered me and said: “No this is My LOVE!” Again, in absolute awe of the glory that surrounded me, I said to the Lord: “Lord this is your glory!” Again the Lord answered me and said: “No, this is all the aspects of My love!”

Suddenly I had a revelation of the Love of God and what all the aspects of the Love of God is! But I also had an experience of the power and the glory of the LOVE of God.

What is LOVE?

A Perfect definition of LOVE

1Cor 13:4 Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. 5 It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. 6 It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. 7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. 8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end].

 

  • Love

    • We have a very wrong understanding and perspective of WHAT LOVE is?

      • Love is NOT an emotion

      • Love is not a nice feeling

      • God’s Love is not earthly and unconditional

      • God’s Love is unconditional and is a powerful force of Power and Glory

      • Paul spoke of we have the hope of experiencing the glory of God, then He says God has poured out His LOVE into our hearts

      • The LOVE of God is His Glory that are like electricity!

      • This is the very substance of God – God IS LOVE

    • endures long (Long suffering)

    • and is patient (Patient)

    • and kind; (Kind)

  • love

    • never is envious

    • nor boils over with jealousy,

    • is not boastful (Humble)

    • or vainglorious,

    • does not display itself haughtily.

  • It is

    • not conceited

      • (arrogant

      • and inflated with pride);

  • it is

    • not rude

      • (unmannerly)

      • (gentle)

    • and does not act unbecomingly.

  • Love

    • (God's love in us)

      • We need a revelation of the Love of God for us

      • Once we have a revelation of God’s love we will be able to love others with that same love

      • does not insist on its own rights or its own way,

  • for it is

    • not self-seeking; (Unselfish)

  • it is

    • not touchy

    • or fretful

    • or resentful;

  • it

    • takes no account of the evil done to it

      • [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].

  • It

    • does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness,

    • but rejoices when right and truth prevail.

      • Love is joyful

  • Love

    • bears up under anything and everything that comes, (self-control)

    • is ever ready to believe (Faith)

      • Have faith and remain faithful

      • the best of every person,

    • LOVE is proven here to be:

      • Patient, kind, long-suffering, humble, gentle, full of joy, self-control, faithfulness

      • This is amazing because these are ALL the fruits of the Spirit of God

      • Thus – if the Spirit of God is in you He will produce the fruits of LOVE

  • its

    • hopes are fadeless under all circumstances,

    • and it endures everything

      • [without weakening].

      • We must BECOME THE LOVE that we ARE

        • God’s LOVE HAS BEEN POURED OUT into our hearts – Rom 5:5

      • How do I become LOVE?

  • Love

    • never fails

      • [never fades out

      • or becomes obsolete

      • or comes to an end].

      • Love is the answer to ALL problems and the solution to ALL questions

All the Aspects of God’s Love

Love is the Fruit of the Holy Spirit

Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, 23 Gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge]. 24 And those who belong to Christ Jesus (the Messiah) have crucified the flesh (the godless human nature) with its passions and appetites and desires. 25 If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.] 26 Let us not become vainglorious and self-conceited, competitive and challenging and provoking and irritating to one another, envying and being jealous of one another.

 

  • But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit

    • A fruit tree produces a certain fruit by being rooted

    • A tree does not produce fruit by effort, but it is a natural outflow or product of its growth

    • The Holy Spirit in a person will naturally produce these fruits of the Spirit

    • Why does some not produce the fruit of love so easily in our lives? We are NOT rooted in the right ground

    • How do I become rooted in the right nutrition and right ground?

      • Are you eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil?

        • The tree of knowledge of good and evil will produce fruits of death and lead to death

      • or are you eating daily from the tree of Life?

        • The tree of LIFE will produce fruits of LIFE and will produce LIFE and good and healthy fruit

      • The tree rooted in God’s Love will produce the fruit of the Spirit of God, for God is LOVE!

      • The tree rooted in the LAW and judgement will produce fear and the fruit of rebellion!

    • [the work which His presence within accomplishes]

      • is love,

        • Here LOVE is identified as ONE of the fruits of the Holy Spirit

        • This make love to seems to only be one aspect of the fruit of the Spirit

        • When we compare this with the definition of LOVE in 1 Cor 13

          • then we see that the fruit of the Spirit are ALL the aspects of LOVE

        • When the Spirit of LOVE is in you, you will produce LOVE, therefore LOVE also seems like a part

      • joy (gladness),

      • peace,

      • patience

        • (an even temper,

        • forbearance),

      • kindness,

      • goodness

        • (benevolence),

      • faithfulness,

      • Gentleness

        • (meekness, humility),

      • self-control

        • (self-restraint,

        • continence).

  • Against such things there is no law

    • [that can bring a charge].

  • And those

    • who belong to Christ Jesus (the Messiah)

      • have crucified the flesh

        • (the godless human nature)

          • with its passions

          • and appetites

          • and desires.

  • If we live by the [Holy] Spirit,

    • How do I live by the Spirit of God? When I live in LOVE and all its aspects!

    • let us also

      • walk by the Spirit.

  • [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God,

    • let us

      • go forward walking in line,

    • our

      • conduct controlled by the Spirit.]

    • Let us

      • not become

        • vainglorious

        • and self-conceited,

        • competitive

        • and challenging

        • and provoking

        • and irritating

          • to one another,

        • envying

        • and being jealous

          • of one another.

Love binds all things in Perfect harmony

Col 3:14 And above all these [put on] love and enfold yourselves with the bond of perfectness [which binds everything together completely in ideal harmony]. 15  And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ's] one body you were also called [to live]. And be thankful (appreciative), [giving praise to God always]. 16 Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the Messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness, as you teach and admonish and train one another in all insight and intelligence and wisdom [in spiritual things, and as you sing] psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, making melody to God with [His] grace in your hearts.

 

  • And above all these

    • [put on] love

      • BECOME LOVE

      • and enfold yourselves

        • Be wrapped in LOVE

        • with the bond of perfectness

          • [which binds everything together

          • completely in ideal harmony].

            • ONLY LOVE brings all things in perfect harmony with God and His true purpose for mankind

            • Everything God has done He has done motivated by pure LOVE

            • When we live in LOVE we live in God!

  • And let

    • the peace

      • (soul harmony

        • Peace is a state of the soul will be in when we are in peace with God

        • Peace is a place of harmony with God

        • When peace rules, fear is cast out doors

        • which comes) from Christ

      • rule

        • (act as umpire continually)

          • What is an umpire?

            • Βραβεύω - brabeuō - brab-yoo'-o

            • From the same as G1017;

              • to arbitrate,

                • that is, (generally) to govern

                • (figuratively prevail): - rule

          •  

            • One who checks that everything is played according to the rules

            • He is a principle that cannot change for nobody

          • What is the purpose of an umpire?

            • It determines the outcome

            • A central point from where all decisions are made

            • Share the experience of the LIGHT beam from heaven!

          • in your hearts

            • We must allow peace to rule and reign in our hearts

            • [deciding

            • and settling with finality

              • all questions that arise in your minds

              • Let go of ALL doubt about God’s intentions towards us

              • Fully trust God’s Word and promises

              • Smith Wigglesworth: “God said it! I believe it! That settles it!”

        • in that peaceful state]

          • We must get into place or constant state of peace no matter the circumstances

          • We must NOT look at the circumstances to determine God’s love for me

          • to which as [members of Christ's] one body

            • you were also called [to live].

            • We were called to live is a place of peace and rest

            • There must be peacefulness and restfulness around you

  • And

    • be thankful

      • Thankfulness is the fruit of understanding God’s Love and grace

      • (appreciative),

        • [giving praise to God always].

BE ROOTED IN LOVE

Walk and Conduct yourself like Jesus Christ

Eph 3:16  May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. 17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love, 18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God's devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; 19  [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!

 

  • May He grant you

    • out of the rich treasury

      • God has a treasure room full of things He has ready to bless His beloved children

      • of His glory

        • In the Glory of God all things are possible

        • to be strengthened

        • and reinforced

          • The purpose of reinforcing is to form re-bar on the inside of a structure to give it inner strength

          • with mighty power

            • God strengthens us through His glory – which is the power of the Holy Spirit

            • in the inner man

              • by the [Holy] Spirit

  • [Himself

    • indwelling

      • your innermost being

      • and personality].

        • The Holy Spirit changes our innermost being and even changes our personality traits​

  • May Christ

    • through your faith

      • The only way for God to do these things we must have faith in God

      • [actually] dwell

        • (settle down,

          • When something is settled it is stable and has taken permanent shape

        • abide,

          • We must constantly live in the Love of God and Jesus Christ

        • make His permanent home)

          • in your hearts!

  • May you

    • be rooted

      • deep in love

        • The Root of the Fruit of the Spirit is LOVE

        • we must be deeply anchored into the LOVE of God

      • and founded securely on love,

        • That you may have the power

          • When we are secure in the Love of God we have confidence and great inner power

        • and be strong

          • to apprehend

          • and grasp

            • We must have a revelation of God’s love

            • Once we grasp the fact that God loves us and His love for us will never change

            • with all the saints

              • [God's devoted people,

        • the experience of that love]

          • God wants His people to experience His love for them

          • When we experience something our brain nerve paths changes

          • what is the breadth

          • and length

          • and height

          • and depth [of it];

            • Only one other place in the Word of God did a cubicle exist: The Most Holy Place and the New Jerusalem

        • [That you may really

          • come] to know

            • [practically,

              • The Word of God is practical and must be lived out

              • Only once we began to live out the Word of God are we able to start experiencing the love of God for people

              • through experience

                • for yourselves]

                • We must make sure that our conviction is NOT built upon other people’s experience and revelation from God

                • We must have our own experiences of the loving truth of God

      • the love of Christ,

      • It is not that we loved God first, but rather that Jesus, in love, willingly laid down His live for all mankind

        • which far surpasses mere knowledge

          • [without experience];

          • Mere knowledge of the Word of God / knowing about the Word of God cannot replace true experience of the Word of God

        • that you may be filled

          • [through all your being]

            • unto all the fullness of God

            • Only once we are filled, with the love God has for us personally, can we be made full with God

            • To be full of God is to be like God – I life, nature and character

        • [may have

          • the richest measure of the divine Presence,

          • Only once Love lives in us will we start to experience the Presence of God

          • Once we learn have learnt to discern the Presence of God over us, can we learn to be taught by the anointing

          • We must be made perfect in love then we will be able to walk constantly being led by the Spirit of God      

            • and become a body wholly filled

            • and flooded

              • with God Himself

              • Once when our bodies are filled to the brim and overflowing will we also live in constant divine health – also able to never see even physical death
